The Purdue men’s basketball team has been nothing short of dominant at the World University Games, starting 5-0 in pool play, but the Boilermakers have also found time to meet their international fans.
On Saturday, Purdue’s official Twitter account shared a video of point guard Carsen Edwards, forward Vince Edwards and center Isaac Haas stopping by a school in Taipei, Taiwan, where local students made a sign that read: “USA #3 Carden Edwards #12 Vince Edwards #44 Isaac Hass We (love) you. Please! Come in!”
The Boilermakers granted the children’s wishes, taking time to pose for pictures, sign basketballs and shake hands. You can watch the full video below.

Purdue should be among the top teams in the Big Ten this season and the Boilermakers will have the support of at least a few fans from across the globe.
