The first game is June 16 and the champion will be crowned June 26 or 27. Oregon State and North Carolina play first at 2 p.m. Central on Saturday. Washington and Mississippi State follow at 7 p.m.

Here’s how the champion is determined: The College World Series consists of two four-team, double-elimination brackets. The winners of each bracket advance to the best-of-three championship series with the first game set for 6 p.m. Monday, June 25.
